Flexible Delivery Options
Pathway 1 – Training and Assessment
This pathway is recommended for new learners, participants who have limited relevant experience or for participants who enjoy the opportunity to learn new skills. This learning process is self-paced, where participants receive all the necessary learning and assessment resources (in hard copy) through the post and supported by phone and email contact. You work at your own pace completing all necessary learning and assessment activities.
Learning methods involve participant reading and research, along with the completion of individual activities, work projects, and case studies.
Pathway 2 – Recognition (Assessment and Training)
Pathway 3 – Recognition (Assessment only)
These pathways are for experienced participants to demonstrate their skills and knowledge to gain a formal qualification.
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) and current competency (RCC) are the assessment options. The main focus of Recognition is to value already learned skills and apply that to the competency’s framework. Click here for more information on Recognition
Pathway 2 - If you are experienced in some of the knowledge areas (competencies), you may apply for Recognition in these competencies, and complete the remaining competencies by training and assessment.
Pathway 3 – This is a single mode of assessment. There is no training and the candidate is required to provide current, quality evidence to demonstrate competency. Participants will receive a transcript of completed competencies, which may result in a full Qualification, or a Statement of Attainment in partial recognition, being issued.
